If you are like me, you probably are suffering from under arm sweating and the embarrassment that comes with it. Under arm sweat is one of my pet peeves that really annoys me. The feeling of each slimy sweat drop as it drips down my side is often unbearable at times. Luckily for us, there are tons of ways you can significantly reduce the amount you sweat under the arms.
Here are some of the easiest methods that produce great results
Caffeine contributes! - I used to be a serious coffee drinker. When I finally decided to take a break from my addiction, I noticed a big difference in the amount I perspire all together. It takes a couple days for it all to filter out of your system, but once it does, you will notice it too.
Detox your system - Your body detoxifies itself through the process of sweating. If toxin levels in your body are high, your body will sweat a lot to compensate for it. You can detoxify naturally by consuming a lot of magnesium. Magnesium helps tremendously in detoxification. Pumpkin seeds is one snack loaded with magnesium.
Do not wear undershirts! I used to think these things helped my sweat stains by soaking up all my sweat. Yes, while it does do a good job at that, it also increases your body temperature. An increase in body temperature, as you know, also increases the amount you sweat. So all of the advances of wearing an undershirt are overtaken by the amount of extra sweat produced by wearing one.
There are literally dozens of other ways to reduce your sweat. While I included the ones that are the most easiest to do, there are other great methods that really do work.

To be frank, the paragraph about detoxiacation of the system drew the most pof my attention. The whole entry that you have written is great, but I would like to enrich it with my own remarks. To begin with, I understand perfectly that problem because I suffered from hyperhydrosis in the past. There seems to be nothing that could cure me. And once upon a time I came across zeromarks. I attached the paper pad to the inside of my sweater and I was full of doubts at ther same time. My prejudices turned out to be totally groundless. I finally got of sweat marks without ruining my clothes. Now I don't need to pack an extra shirt to my workplace or wherever I am about to go.
