Have Sweat Hands? Stop your hands from sweating with these crucial steps.

Sweaty hands and sweaty armpits are two of my biggest pet peeves. I have researched excessive sweating for the past year and I have found the best methods that actually worked. While some methods don't work at all, there are a few simple golden rules that you should always follow, especially if you have sweaty hands.

Sweaty hands can be tied to emotional distress.

From what I have noticed personally, my sweating hands disorder is mostly tied to emotional distress. For instance, whenever I was stress out a lot I would start sweating like crazy. Or If I was really nervous, the first thing that would happen is my hands would start to sweat.

While you can't stop your hands from sweating all together, you can definitely curve the amount you sweat.

These things work great!

  • Reduce your caffeine intake - A lot of sweating is actually caused by too much caffeine in the system. Even a small amount can effect your sweat production. So less caffeine means less sweating.
  • Consume more magnesium - magnesium helps your body detox all the poisons from your blood. Without enough of it, your body will start to sweat in attempt to expell the toxins from your body. Try to eat pumpkin seeds, artichokes, nuts, spinach, bananas, and fruit in general. After your levels are back up, you will notice a significant drop in the amount your hands sweat.
  • Vitamin B helps a lot - vitamin B is an essential vitamin for the human body by helping it it run efficiently. By increasing your vitamin B, you reduce the work load of your body - which will overall keep your body at rest a lot more than it would be when you are low on Vit B.

These are just some of the things you can do. There are about a half a dozen others that work just as well as these. Check out my resource box below for more info.

Have sweating armpits? Follow these cures to stop arm pit sweating.

Diagnosed with the condition Hyperhidrosis, I am very familiar with having sweating armpits. Until I learned a few tricks, everyday I would have to deal with the nasty feeling, and anxiety associated with having massive under arm pit stains. It actually got so bad to the point my sweat stains were permanently ingrained into my clothing.

Here are some methods that worked the best for me:

  • Drinking tons of water! People often think that if you drink less water, you will sweat less. This is a very common misconception. I liken it to having a car that is oil cooled. When you start to run out of oil, the operating temperature of your car goes up. The same will happen if your body is low on water. Because your body uses water as internal cooling, your bodies natural response to a temperature raise is to start sweating. By keeping your internals cool, you will in turn, sweat a lot less.
  • Changing up your diet helps a lot. Changing the type of foods I eat definitely helped with my over-sweating problem - especially under my arms. Try to increase your intake of vitamin B - the vitamin in charge of keeping your bodily functions efficient, and also your magnesium intake. Magnesium is essential for detoxing your system. Besides urine, your body also gets rid of poisons through the process of sweating. By increasing your Magnesium levels, your body will clean itself out - reducing the need to clean via sweating.

There are literally dozens of things you can do to help reduce your arm pit sweating problem. I know how embarrassing it can be, that is why it is so important to get a hold of your problem. After my sweating stopped, my anxiety problems went away with it. Apparently they were connected together - who would have thought?

I cover many of the techniques I used to get rid of the nasty underarm blotches I had to deal with daily.

Stop Underarm Sweating with these cures that work as long as you follow them!

When it comes to underarm sweating, I have experienced more than the average share of it. In fact, I used to never go a day without having big sweat stains under my armpits. Until I discovered these golden rules, I was just a living, breathing, walking blob of sweat. In fact, with the below suggestions, you can stop your underarm sweating in as little as a couple days.

The most important rule - Detoxing:

It turns out the human body has extra measures in place to detox itself. One of the ways your body detoxes is through sweating - and your underarms are the easiest and fastest way to get it out. One chemical crucial for detoxification is magnesium. If your body is low on it, it will instead try and sweat out the toxins instead of allowing the magnesium to do the work. Consume more magnesium by eating these foods: Broiled Fish: Halibut and Tuna, Bananas, Dried Figs, Brown Rice, Almonds and Cashews, Pumpkin Seeds, Spinach, and Artichokes.

Water: Less means more!

A lot of people incorrectly think that if they drink less water, they will sweat less. However, this is very untrue and it is quite opposite. In fact, drinking more water means less sweating. Your body uses water for many things - one of them is internal cooling. If your body is low on water, your body temperature will rise because of a lack of coolant. In order to keep your body cool, you must drink cups of water on a regular basis.

Tons of other things you can do

There are literally dozens of other methods that do work to stop sweating - especially underarm sweating. That said, some work better than others. Check out my resource box below for more info on under arm sweat reduction.
